CLEONIE ships goods Australia/NZ wide with Aus Post and internationally using DHL Express. As part of our ECO pathway, we make everything to order! This can mean any order may take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be made..
FREE EXPRESS deliveries to Australia are made by Australia Post and can arrive within 1-7 business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays.
New Zealand deliveries are made through Australia Post and can arrive within 2-15 business days, none of these including weekend or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or your package will not be delivered. Please make sure someone will be around to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will require an additional fee.
As part of our ECO journey, we work on a made-to-order basis which means it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days for your order to be made.. Our premium international delivery service is provided by DHL International and offers door-to-door delivery of your order with tracking and signature on delivery. Depending on your location, the delivery takes from 4 to 6 business days for the freight to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas will take longer. Unfortunately, DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so you’ll need to provide us with a street address for your home or workplace. Please see the table below for DHL International prices to various locations. If you can spend above $150 we’re able to offer the best delivery price for your order.

Any order out of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow returns procedure below. Please note, on all SALE OR DISCOUNT CODED items we can only offer an exchange.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear , the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.
Autumn has arrived here in Australia, a new season, a new tide, and for us an entire new journey. We are spending the season exploring the surrounds of Bali, Indonesia. WE WILL STILL BE SHIPPING GOODS WITHIN THE NORMAL SHIPPING TIME FRAMES.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from purchase.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
